How booking works
- You send an enquiry — this is a request, not a booking.
- We prepare a proposal and confirm availability and pricing with the relevant providers.
- You review and refine the proposal.
- When you approve, we confirm the services in writing and explain the payment schedule.
Changes
Changes after confirmation are subject to the terms of the relevant providers and may involve fees. We will tell you what applies before you decide.
Cancellations
