As early as you can. For popular seasons and longer multi-stop journeys, earlier conversations give more choice. We can also help with shorter timelines — just tell us your dates.
What do you need from me to begin?
Only the basics: where you are thinking of, roughly when, who is travelling and what matters most. Everything else we can discuss.
Is there a charge for planning?
